In 2011 I will be contesting the Formula Renault BARC series with the 2010 championship winning team Hillspeed. This will be a hotly contested championship and with over 21 drivers already signed up will have loads of action and close racing. In pre-season testing I have consistently being in the top three and have been fastest on a number of occasions so hold tight for an action packed season.

This should put me in a great position to achieve my season targets of more podiums and wins and to be a championship contentor - I plan to live up to the Number 1 that will be on my car!

I started my racing career in karts in 2002 - after several good seasons which ended with winning the Daytona winter festival at Sandown Park I progressed to saloon cars with Jonathan Palmer’s Tcar team in 2007. In 2008 I moved up to single seaters contesting the Autumn series that year and then full seasons in 2009 and 2010 achieving an age defying 7th place overall. During 2010 I also dipped my toe back in saloon cars with the Volkwagen Racing Cup in a MkV Golf and took a victory at my maiden outing at Rockingham Speedway.

When not racing I am concentrating on my fitness. I also undertake some instructing and coaching work and have recently obtain my ARDS Instructors Licence.
